PK Immigration was founded by Parisa Kalantari, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) licensed since 2019 and a graduate of UBC's program in Canadian Immigration Law.

Parisa brings 18 years of cross-industry experience in leadership, project management and education. She holds a Bachelor's in Microbiology and a Master's in Education Management, and began her career as a project manager and translator for international NGOs before founding and running a successful ESL institute of 400+ students specializing in English language training and IELTS preparation.

After moving to Canada, she earned her specialization in Canadian Immigration Law at UBC, became an RCIC-IRB in 2019, and went on to establish PK Immigration — guiding entrepreneurs, skilled workers, students, families and Canadian employers through their immigration journey with adaptability, innovation and a personal commitment to each client's goals.

Canada's immigration system evolves quickly. Express Entry now runs category-based selection draws; the Start-Up Visa has annual intake caps; the Super Visa now requires longer-validity medical insurance; and the federal Investor and Entrepreneur programs were terminated years ago.
